Sheralee has experience working with clients across the lifespan with a particular focus on children and adolescents with additional and complex needs. She is passionate about supporting clients with complex mental health needs to enjoy and live their best lives.

Sheralee is a Positive Parenting Program (Tripe P) facilitator and believes in assisting individuals and working collaboratively with the whole family unit. Her primary treatment modality is CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). She takes a holistic approach utilising family systems and attachment theory to inform and understand the unique perspective of her clients.

Sheralee has an interest in Autism Spectrum conditions, including the subtype PDA (pathological demand avoidance), and the complexity that comes with multiple diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Sheralee is compassionate, non-judgemental and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She provides a supportive and empathetic space for clients to be heard, understood and supported to reach their goals.
