Hi! I’m Marlee, an Occupational Therapist who loves helping kids grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves.
I graduated with a Masters of Occupational Therapy, and I also bring a background in Science (Biomedicine) from the University of Queensland, giving me a strong evidence-based foundation for my work with children.
I enjoy working with children from Kindergarten through to Year 10, supporting them across a range of areas including:
- Emotional regulation and self-regulation
- Cognitive and thinking skills
- Social skills and peer interactions
- Practical and self-care skills
- Fine and gross motor skills
My sessions are always tailored to the child and grounded in evidence-based practice, while still being engaging, supportive, and fun!
I am passionate about building a child’s confidence within their learning environment, and helping skills developed in sessions carry over into everyday life. Whether the change is big or small, I believe every step forward matters. My goal is to help our little humans attend, learn, relax, and play, setting them up for long-term success.
I value the importance of a collaborative approach, and enjoy working closely with caregivers, other allied health and medical professionals and schools to achieve the best possible outcomes for each child.
You’ll find me working in the clinic from Monday to Thursday.
