Psychology
Psychology can support children and teens experiencing emotional, social, behavioural or learning difficulties. Our psychologists help with concerns such as anxiety, low mood, trauma and adjustment to life changes, using evidence-based approaches suited to the person’s needs. Support may also involve parents and carers to help them understand and respond to their child’s difficulties.
Positive Behaviour Support
Positive behaviour support focuses on understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern and improving quality of life. Our behaviour support practitioners work with children, teens, families and support networks to assess needs, develop practical strategies and support the implementation of behaviour support plans. This may include changes to the environment, skill development and training for carers and support workers.
