Olivia has completed a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science. Olivia applies a wide range of therapeutic approaches to her practice, specifically CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Mindfulness. Olivia has direct experience working with people impacted by a disability and their families.
Olivia has a keen interest in working with individuals exhibiting ‘challenging behaviour’ and is currently finalising accredited training to widen her scope of practice. Olivia is provisionally registered under the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Olivia has a warm, friendly, and empathetic approach. She prioritises creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where individuals feel safe expressing themselves and working on their individual goals. She is passionate about helping her clients become the best versions of themselves to live happier and more fruitful lives.
Olivia absolutely loves spending as much time as possible at the beach, hanging out with her husband and their fur babies; Frankie the dachshund, Sophie the ragdoll cat and five speckled chickens.
